Details about Drake’s forthcoming album, “For All The Dogs,” remain scarce. Despite having a title and charming cover art created by his five-year-old son, Adonis, the release date and tracklist are still unknown.

Drake has been hinting at the album’s progress, indicating that he’s still adding the final touches. A leaked snippet of a song from the album has recently surfaced online.

Although the snippet has since been taken down, fans quickly noticed a line where Drake raps, “I should probably be in there with Thug and them.”

This line is believed to be a reference to Young Thug, who has been incarcerated for the past year while facing RICO charges, along with several other members of the Young Stoner Life label. The line sparked disappointment among fans on Twitter, who suggested that Drake is trying to project a tougher image.

One Twitter user commented, “Drake u are Canadian. U are not about that hood life. Never was never will be.”

Another user tweeted, “Drake would lose his mind in there, idk what tf is wrong with him.”

As of now, Drake has not responded to these comments, and it’s unclear whether this particular song will be included in “For All The Dogs.”

Note: Young Thug is signed to Warner Music. Uproxx operates as an independent subsidiary of Warner Music Group.
