UK singer-songwriter Jorja Smith has gained a significant following since her debut album, “Lost & Found,” was released in 2018. Despite the release of her EP, “Be Right Back,” in 2021, fans have been eagerly awaiting a full-length follow-up. The wait is nearly over with her second album, “Falling Or Flying,” set to be released on streaming platforms later this week.

In an interview with Billboard in August, Smith discussed the inspiration behind the album’s title. She explained that she often feels extremes, either feeling like she’s soaring in her career or falling due to the pressure.

“Falling Or Flying” will be released on September 29th via FAMM. The album features tracks such as “Try Me,” “She Feels,” “Little Things,” and “Feelings” featuring J Hus, among others.

Prior to the album’s release, Smith shared several singles that will be included in the album. These include the title track, “Little Things,” “Go Go Go,” and “Try Me.” Each single was accompanied by a music video.

The album’s official artwork features a black and white photograph of Smith taken by Liz Johnson Artur.

Instead of a large international tour, Smith will be performing a few smaller, intimate shows as part of the “Falling Or Flying Intimate Tour.” The tour includes three shows in the UK. Tickets are currently on sale.
