Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have finalized their divorce.

On Tuesday (Nov. 29), TMZ reported that the Chicago rapper agreed to pay Kardashian $200,000 a month in child support. In addition, he is responsible for 50% of their children’s educational and security expenses. The media personality will reportedly have the children 80% of the time, but they were both granted joint custody and “equal access.” The $200,000 is due the first day of each month and must be wired into her account.

According to the settlement, if there is ever a dispute regarding their children, both parents have agreed to participate in mediation. If one of them fails to participate, the other gets to make the decision in a dispute by default. As for property, the division of assets depends on the prenup. According to the prenup, both Kardashian and Kanye have waived spousal support.

As previously reported by HOT 97, Kardashian officially filed for divorce in February 2021 after 7 years of marriage. The divorce stalled because Kanye refused to engage. Over a year later, in March, Kardashian went to court and she won her divorce battle and was officially made single by the courts. Since then, they’ve been back and forth in court trying to finalize the custody of their children North West, Saint West, Chicago West, and Psalm West.

Last month, Adidas officially ended its long-term partnership with Kanye, after he made anti-Semitic threats on Twitter. “Adidas does not tolerate antisemitism and any other sort of hate speech,” the company said in a statement. “Ye’s recent comments and actions have been unacceptable, hateful and dangerous, and they violate the company’s values of diversity and inclusion, mutual respect and fairness.” Because of this, Kanye is no longer a billionaire. According to Bloomberg, the partnership brought in nearly $1.7 billion in revenue for Adidas in 2020, and was due to expire in 2026.
