Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have finalized their divorce.

On Tuesday (Nov. 29), TMZ reported that the Chicago rapper agreed to pay Kardashian $200,000 a month in child support. In addition, he is responsible for 50% of their children’s educational and security expenses. The media personality will reportedly have the children 80% of the time, but they were both granted joint custody and equal access. The $200,000 is due the first day of each month and must be wired into her account.

According to the settlement, if there’s ever a dispute regarding the children, both parents have agreed to will participate in mediation. If one of them fails to participate, the other gets to make the decision in a dispute by default. As for property, the division of assets is in accordance with their prenup. According to the prenup, both Kardashian and Kanye have waived spousal support.

As previously reported by HOT 97, Kardashian officially filed for divorce in February 2021 after 7 years of marriage. The divorce stalled because Kanye refused to engage. Over a year later, in March, Kardashian went to court and she won her divorce battle and was officially made single by the courts. Since then, they’ve been back and forth in court trying to finalize the custody of their children North West, Saint West, Chicago West, and Psalm West.
