Snoop Dogg dropped some bars with Mike Epps while filming their new film and they were impressive.

The two were in a car between shoots of their latest movie together as Snoop dropped quippy bars as Epps was able to keep the beat going by playing the drums in the car’s dashboard.

Snoop is observed in the clip so completely in his zone that the rapper doesn’t even notice that someone is recording the entire exchange. “My bad,” he confessed when he realized. “Yeah, we on.”

“This is what happens in between shots of a movie with Big @snoopdogg,” Epps posted on Instagram. “#underdogs me on the beat pump pump.”

It’s unclear what the upcoming movie will be yet, but Mike as well as Snoop are known for their long track record of working on films together. They recently joined forces for the film The House Next Door: Meet The Blacks 2 last June with Katt Williams, and Lil Duval.

Snoop has been working hard on developing his acting skills. He has recently appeared in the Netflix Vampire thriller Day Shift with Jamie Foxx who plays a hard-working blue-collar dad who spends his time cleaning pools and searching for vampires. Snoop is the main character, playing Big John Elliott.

The two co-stars posed together at the red carpet at the premiere of the film in August. Snoop took the time to honour Jamie by presenting her with an Death Row chain.

“Yeah, I got something for the Foxx man you know for looking out for me, for speaking up for me, for putting me in this motion picture,” Snoop said on Entertainment Tonight. “I wanted to gift him with something special.”

Despite his busy schedule for filming, Snoop has still somehow had time to drop new songs. The West Coast legend most recently dropped three NFT-related projects like the Metaverse project The NFT Drop Vol. 2. The project included appearances by Chris Brown, Wiz Khalifa, Warren G and the late Nate Dogg.

Prior to that, Snoop Dogg dropped off A Death Row Summer, which was the second Death Row release of 2022 following his aptly-titled Bacc On Death Row. And, of course, Snoop’s been on stage with Dr. Dre many times since the duo performed the Super Bowl LVI Halftime performance with Eminem, 50 Cent, Mary J. Blige and Kendrick Lamar in February.

DJ Drama has also announced this morning (September 26) that his next Gangsta Grillz tape will be a collaboration with Snoop Dogg. Drama has confirmed with HipHopDX that the joint venture will be titled”I Have Got It. The project is set to release on the 20th of October.

For Mike Epps, the comedian and wife Kyra Epps recently showed a segment of their show approved through HDTV on Wednesday (September 28). The mini-series of three episodes titled “Buying Back The Block” will focus on the couple’s efforts in repairing the condition of buildings in his hometown of Indianapolis.
