50 Cent is currently in the midst of his ambitious The Final Lap Tour, which celebrates the 20th anniversary of his debut album, Get Rich Or Die Tryin’. He is not touring alone, with Busta Rhymes joining him on all dates. The duo recently appeared on the cover of Men’s Health alongside Method Man. Jeremih is also a special guest for the North American leg of the tour.

However, it was a different guest that made headlines at the first of two shows at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York on August 9. J. Cole joined 50 Cent on stage to perform “No Role Modelz” and made a bold statement before leaving the stage.

“Can I say this before I walk off stage? Make some noise for one of the greatest to do this sh*t: 50 Cent, Curtis Jackson,” Cole told the crowd. He went on to declare Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ as the best album of all time, placing it above Michael Jackson’s Thriller.

The Final Lap Tour kicked off on July 21 at Maverik Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. Since then, 50 Cent has performed 21 shows in North America. The next stop is the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas on Thursday, August 24.

The North American leg of the tour is set to conclude on September 17 at Pine Knob Music Theatre in Detroit, Michigan. The European and UK leg will begin on September 28 in Amsterdam and continue through November, before heading to Australia and New Zealand in December.
