The 2023 MTV Video Music Awards are set to kick off in a few hours at the Prudential Center in New Jersey. For those curious about the lineup, Uproxx has provided a list of performers which includes Anitta, Cardi B, Demi Lovato, Diddy, Doja Cat, Fall Out Boy, Karol G, Kelsea Ballerini, Lil Wayne, Måneskin, Megan Thee Stallion, Metro Boomin (joined by A Boogie wit da Hoodie, Future, NAV, and Swae Lee), Nicki Minaj, Olivia Rodrigo, Peso Pluma, Shakira, Stray Kids, and TOMORROW X TOGETHER.

There’s also a special performance scheduled to celebrate the 50th anniversary of hip-hop. This will feature pioneers like DMC, Doug E. Fresh, Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five, LL Cool J, Lil Wayne, and Nicki Minaj.

Many of the performers are also up for awards. Diddy is set to receive a Global Icon Award and Shakira is slated to receive a Video Vanguard Award. Several artists will also be presenting awards including Chloe Bailey, Coco Jones, GloRilla, Rita Ora, Saweetie, among others.
